BeXta’s career has been a unique and integral contribution to Australian dance music history. Starting in 1993, BeXta played her first live show to 3000 people in Brisbane. She soon moved to Sydney initially signing with Sony and following, with Central Station Records, and her own label Mixology Digital. BeXta has released to date almost 2 dozen singles including the popular Make It Phunkee, the Skirmish Live EP, two albums - "Conversations with ones and zeroes", which hit No8 in the ARIA Indy album charts, and "The Essential BeXta Collection" (2012) and many compilations.
